If you are planning to create additional lots from your property, the Planning Commission is one of the first boards to review your proposal(s). ** Also see note our Conservation Fee section located at the bottom of this page. Conservation Fee:

As a Rural Agricultural Community committed to preserving the rural character of the Township, Clinton Township has instituted a Conservation Fee for new residential and commercial dwelling units constructed.  This fee of $1,500 per dwelling unit (residential) or building (commercial) constructed will enable the Township to maintain its rural character through the preservation of farmland or creation of greenspace throughout the Township.
